Refunds

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
